I go here most days and the staff are always lovely. They make the drinks very well and most of them remember my order, which is always a lovely touch! Very friendly and nice to talk to first thing in the morning!

The staff is extremely slow, people waiting and most of them just standing or chatting. My croissant/sandwich has been smashed several times. I really don’t want my croissant and sandwich smashed or ruined!! The staff is unfriendly, unprofessional and slow.

Super friendly new Starbucks. Staff were friendly on all occasions I have been in. Nice atmosphere to sit in for a while with plenty space. Definitely a well needed space to sit for coffee.

The former Sainsbury's cafe has been a pretty decent Starbucking experience in this, my first visit to it.

Been about 3 time now, it sure if it because it new and staff are still learning but my take out sandwich was all smushed and took about 10 mins for my drink to be made with about 6/7 people around still waiting. Poor staff was only working themself to make the drinks and other staff were ether standing or chattingEther way my drink was good and location was good aswell as staff being really nice and helpful

The Girl with the red hair served me she was very kind especially as I was nervous to order as I have social anxiety she helped pick out a drink I might like and did it very kindly she should get a raise in my opinion. Exceptional service.
