I’m really happy with the result of my eyebrows that were done by Gurjeet. She was really nice and it was a very friendly environment. The way Gurjeet shaped my eyebrows were fab:)love the service. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I went today for a brow lamination . I really am unhappy with the results I paid £42 for this and threading . My brows are so dark and not even laminated !!!!! I look like a joke don’t use !!!

i went yesterday after my two sisters recommend it to me and i will be back, love my eyebrows very reasonable priced and the lady who done them was amazing i had my son with me and she was very patient and friendly thank you so much

Hi I had my brows and underarm waxing done yesterday with Gurjeet. I always have her since last year but one day i had a bad experienced with one of your staff so every time i come along I have to look for Gurjeet. She is so good her hands is so gentle very friendly and she always make sure if i am happy what she’s done. I am very happy to recommend her to all my friend around in town. Keep it up Brows for having a good staff like Gurjeet..

I came in this store today 31/5/2023 to have my eye brows threaded, the lady done a lovely job and this review is not at her.Whilst I have having my eyebrows done I had my 2 daughters with me, one is 8 and one is 11 months. My 8 year old asked me if she could look at the colours on the nail testers. I said yes but be careful. Whilst looking at them the manager of the store came over to my daughter and said ‘don’t touch them you’ve broken them you silly little girl’ not knowing I was in the chair in-front. I asked her what the problem was and she said nothing and I said what did you say to her and she said she didn’t say anything. My daughter had not broken the nail, I asked her after and she said she didn’t, but was too scared to say she didn’t to the manger and said she was so sorry and was just looking. SHE IS 8.Firstly; I do apologise if my daughter broke the Nail colour chart and tester she did not mean too, I would have arranged and paid for this to be replaced. She was just looking and it was an accident t( if she did)How DARE your manager think she can call me daughter a silly little girl? My daughter is a sweet child and was just looking as little girls do at colours of the nail varnish! She was absolutely mortified that she thought had broken it, and how DARE she think she can discipline my child, I would have felt with my little girl how I thought was appropriate not calling her a silly little girl.Secondly; she was talking to the other lady in the shop like a piece of rubbish. She is a working for your company you should be showing her some respect, I don’t know her name but she does my eyebrows all the time and she’s lovely. She’s an older lady in the shop. Bossing her about and not actually doing anything herself, looked quite lazy to me. Wish I was a mystery shopper actually I would have had a field day with her.Clearly not management material as has no social skills or how to talk to customers.Again this is not about the lady who done my eyebrows she is lovely and she does them all the time. So show her some respect.

Really good experience. I like my brows to look thick and so just wanted to clean the extras. she did exactly the same. Irrespective of me conveying this same idea to many beauticians, not many has successfully done this. They usually make it thin. Now, My brows look clean but not thin. Thankyou.

Thoroughly recommend Aygin. I had my eyebrows microbladed with Aygen. I am very happy with the result and she was very professional.

I got my brows nd tint done by gurjeet. She is amazing. It doesnt even hurt when she does it. Deserves a raise

Popped in here a few weeks ago (I get threading all the time elsewhere) on the fly. Seemed like a nice place. But the threading was so painful (shouldn't be) and I was left with an actual mark on my eye that then scarred for weeks. She had literally ripped the skin off!! Do not use.
