Listers CUPRA Worcester

Purchased a Cupra Born from Listers Worchester. This was a remote purchase as I live over 300 miles away. It was the first time buying remote and I would do it again. Delighted with the car. Great service and communication from Callum Law.

Originally I went to Listers CUPRA back in September with the aim of taking a look at the CUPRA Born as a consideration for a company lease. My expectation was that, in all honesty, I would take a look and then take a lease out through an online broker as I've done previously.However, I ended up ordering the lease direct for a number of reasons. The biggest one was the product knowledge of the Brand Specialist Becky - there are many dealers where that job title would be a jumped up term for Sales Person" but in this case it is entirely appropriate.Second was that the price actually worked out comparable with what brokers were offering

The warmest and most sincere welcome from everyone, in particular the lovely lady on reception who made me a great coffee and introduced me to the sales lady who knew her stuff, answered all of my questions with confidence and showed me round the Born and the Formentor.Even though I was transparent as to where I am in the buying process this didn’t affect the level of service I received. Such a shame I don’t live locally as I would be placing my order with Listers. Everyone within the group should be very proud as their staff are 1at class and conscientious.

Dealt with Callum Law from start to finish while purchasing my Cupra R ST. Complete professionalism from the get-go, answered all my questions on the phone with no problems and good knowledge of the car, all back and forth emails were quick with constant updates on figures, addons and progress updates for the car; even when he was off work late at night and still responded to emails.Lovely bloke to talk to on the phone, always polite and down for a chat, he went the extra mile to deliver my new car personally to me at the Listers Garage in Riverside, all the way from Worcester. He made the handover very simple and easy as well and the car was in flawless condition.10/10 for Callum and would absolutely recommend him and Listers to family and friends if they were after a new motor.Cheers Callum.

Cupra Worcester are outstanding with their customer service, even though I was looking at a company car Becky accommodated my needs for an extended test drive, discussed all my options with Business Contact hire and followed it up with a couple of phone calls. Their focus on customers is something lacking not just in car sales but in the Uk in general. Listers Cupra well done. Keep up the great work.

I could not be more satisfied with my overall experience with Listers Cupra. Callum Law went above and beyond to ensure we received the best care possible when purchasing our Cupra formentor. He was amazing with us from start to finish and we could not have asked for more.The car is performing exceptionally well so far and we are very pleased with the aesthetics. My parents are also in the market for a new car and after seeing ours and hearing how smooth and pleasant our experience was, will hopefully be returning soon to purchase their own. We will make sure to ask for Callum specifically, as his experience and knowledge of the Cupra brand was exceptional as well as his excellent customer service. Very happy!

Visited with a motability vehicle due for a MOT.Left car and walked into Worcester City and on returning the vehicle wasn't quite ready. Kept informed of the progress however and was offered a complementary valet(wash and vac) on the vehicle, which probably delayed its return to me slightly.Staff very friendly and efficient .Dealership itself is very bright and clean, customer waiting area basic but complimentary drinks are offered as a matter of course.Only niggle is that parking on site can be very difficult as they tend to have a large quantity of used/nearly new cars on site regularly.Other than that, highly recommended.
