Argos Wrexham Plas Coch

Ordered online, picked it up and set it up only to see it's been clearly broken. It looks like someone has literally punched the screen on the top left corner of the TV.Never ordering from them again, you would think they would check the condition before letting us pick it up.

Bought a Toby 3 seater recliner from Argos wrexham staff were fantastic very pleased with it so comfy really value for money thats why I allways buy Argos very trustworthy

Attempted to pick up a Fast Track item from here, and would question the store’s understanding of ‘fast track’ (and indeed ‘item’, as it doesn’t appear to exist). After 15 minutes waiting for the staff member to confirm that they couldn’t locate an eBay item for the customer in front of me – including the brilliant exchange, “you’re picking up a chair: do you have any idea what it looks like?..” / “a chair?” - it was my turn to play the mystery item runabout. 3 staff later: your ordered item is out of stock. What exactly this meant – never turned up? Turned up and was sold – was not expanded upon. Confirmed that they could get the item from another store and have it delivered within the next 2 days. Week later am still waiting.

Do not order online, it can not be trusted. Ordered my item for click and collect same day. Wrexham was the store that said I could do this. Paid for my item, to get told I will now need to wait until Tuesday. The website still says if I order now I could pick up same day. This is not the first time either!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Always long queues and not enough staff. Even ordering using machines can mean a long wait. Waiting to collect ebay items can take a long time before anyone acknowledges you. No bell to ring to say you are waiting.

I'm absolutely appalled by the way a good friend of mine was treated today at your store. She has hidden disabilities and it must have been so difficult for her to ask for a lanyard. To be questioned weather she has these disabilities and qualifies for one is totally unprofessional to say the least. Are your staff medically trained? Do they even know what a lanyard is actually for? Why on earth are you putting staff on to assist with giving these out who have no clue whatsoever what certain disabilities are?Not impressed at all. You've really upset her.Well done, brilliant staff training

How is it you see the product. CheckKnow it is in stock. CheckIs in the store ready. CheckPaid up front online, go in and then get told it arrives tomorrow. ...... huhBut you type on the machine in store all the details on the check stock machine now.It's there.....So you could pay again and pick it up NOW through the machine. Even thought you have everything codes and proof already.Your contradicting you're selves love.I'm literally physically in bits in agony and went to pick up the item as it was my saving grace excruciating pain now have to return tomorrow.I'm not impressed at all. No compassion just make sure you here tomorrow. (Yes 24 hours might seem petty but when I'm in bits I NEED IT YESTERDAY to keep me sane. Im aware I sound like a Karen") I don't care I'm in agony."

Very disappointed, Make out your getting a good deal because of the two for one mains but they make sure they make up for it with some of the other items.........Ordered a side of sautéed mushrooms to share (£2).....served TWO of the smallest flat mushrooms I have ever seen. Asked the waiter if they were being serious and even he said Its appalling isn't it". My partner had a steak and he said it was the worst he had had in a long time (very over done and full of gristle). I had liver pate in a pot that didn't come in a pot and it was the worst pate I have had ( solid with very little flavour) the red onion chutney made it more bearable but there was only enough to go with half the pate so didn't eat the rest.Onion rings are terrible as they were so soggy. Reasonably priced and bad food does not equal value for money."

Staff shouting at customers to stand back from the counter when already standing on the marked spot. Some lovely members of staff doing really good job but some staff behind counter very rude and condescending. Why do some people think that it’s exceptable to speak to others in this way due to Covid. They dont deserve to be serving the public. When there are enough people with out jobs to be doing it it a descent polite manor
