All Weather Roofline came out to do 4 of our windows on 26th January 2023. Abit disappointed when they arranged our fitting date 3 times but our fitters and quality of the work done has given this review a 5 star. So the guys turned up and started the job very quickly with no messing. They were very efficient and respected my property and also acknowledged that I have a 1 year old in the house. They started with my upstairs windows and completed those so when they came downstairs I could take my 1 year old upstairs into the warmth. They done a fantastic job and finished the job to a high standard. Very pleased and thank you so much for the work and windows provided at a reasonable price.From the Mann family

This company is the most liars company I ever met. I order one patio door and window in 14/October last year they was promised is coming to install in late October, after they call me my door and window is not ready yet but they come in 18 December/2022 , I wait after today 25/1/2023.I make complaint but doesn’t answer nothing. I call the office they give me any discounts for the late installation , because I was have just improvised door and very cold in house, but again nothing it was needed to pay all amount of money. Is just terrible. I don’t recommend at all.Stay away from this company

I was going to get a quote from them due to there persistent calls. The deal breaker for me was they want my other half there aswell. Can't a woman decide what wants doing on her own. Now having read reviews I won't bother in the future either.

Despite some negative reviews we decided to give All Weather Roofline a chance to fit us 8 windows and a patio door. Salesman wasn't pushy and beat a quote from another supplier. Booked in a date quickly for surveyor and then fitting within 5 weeks. They did have to cancel the first date for fitting but did let me know beforehand. Good quality windows and doors, the fitters were fantastic and lovely chaps (contractors). Overall really happy with the fit and finish. Only had them fitted yesterday but so far no issues. Don't buy nothing from this company, seller promise best quality and service. O you getting poor quality product whit a lot issius. From may 2022 when I buy windows and doors till 19 may 2023, any still not fix issius. And every time when you call or write email any promis to fix. Any bean about 10 times but not fix. 3 times bean book appointment and nobody come, I lose 3 days becaus need to stay at home, in morning I call and ask enginering is come today, and this company staf promise , yes ist come in on hour. So dond trust this company. Windows glassing beats have big gaps new doors been scratch, doors panel damage,front doors been leaking when it's rane. From outside when french doors been Instal gap not sealet . Front doors been Instal et incorrectly, whit missing some parts.End on firs to visits when it's come Colin from Peterborough, hi tell nothing perfect in this world. And hi seal gaps between glassing beats whit silicon.

Superb service start to finish. Had our soffets & gutters replaced after a recommendation from friends. Great workers prompt, polite, tidy. Scaffolding arrived 2 days before & removed day after. Very professional throughout. I have no hesitation in giving 5⭐

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE called a company. Don’t be deceived by few good reviews here and there. Poor communication from the company to customers and between the company to the technician. Took 3months to complete my work up to average standard and all I asked for was a good job considering the fact that I’m paying £5k for their work. Started on Friday promised to come back Saturday no-one turned up until Mon just expecting me to be at home. The technician has turned up @my house more than twice with no one informing me or he calls me during working hours I’m outside whilst I was at work. Saying the office should have informed me of course I wouldn’t ask you to come if I was at work. I asked them twice to change the downstairs window cos it had a chip on it, they refused and covered it up with the UPVC plastic. My house has got rendering they’ve only cemented and patch around the windows, making my house not very nice. Technician said it would render it or at least paint over the cement, Nah that’s too much of a job.On Monday, when the technician came, my husband was working from home knocked on the door, saying he came to complete the job and he has to sign the completion form. Of course he didn’t sign cos it was my name on the agreement and the Technician threatened to remove all the New Windows. I would have loved to see the remove it and replace my old once straight away. Very unprofessional, Save yourselves the headache and stay faraway from them.

Whole experience was good, chose our door and glass and hardware, was updated along the way. Fitters were great and did a really neat job, really happy with the door quality and service. Definitely recommend

Communications/customer service between office, salesperson and customer is very bad, when want to cancel the office says you have gone past your 14 day cancellation period and yet they are the ones that don't get back to the customer within the 14 day period. I have now got my bank involved to get my deposit back.PLLEASE BE CAREFUL WHDN YOU GIVE YOUR DEPOSIT.

Terrible company, staff has no clue what they doing, promised to turn up two Saturdays , didn’t turn up , no apologies, waste of time , after that their manager called me to confirm appointment for Monday , I told him my husband won’t attend on appointment as they wasted two Saturdays, he was rude and told me to find another company. I will , with pleasure, stay away from them, simply they can’t turn up for their appointment think about what may happen after they install doors , no way.
