Tim and Martin came to replace my complete shower unit, walls etc - they were very knowledgeable about the work they were doing, they were friendly, considerate and very professional. They did an excellent job and cleaned up after the work was done. So thankful to them for their help and completing the work on time.

I feel obligated to share my experience with Omar Homes Company, as my encounter with them left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. My newly built home, which I had high hopes for, turned out to be a nightmarish experience due to the poor quality of workmanship and the unethical practices employed by this company.

Thank you so much to Omar and especially to the two men, Jamie and Jake, who worked so hard and conscientiously to complete the jobs we required. We could not have asked for anyone other than them to do a better job. These two arrived promptly on each of the 4 days they were working on our property, we're courteous to my wife and I, and completed the jobs in a very professional way, always having time to answer any queries we asked - there were quite a few - before continuing the work. When finished our property looks even better than we could have anticipated.Our only complaint was regarding the scheduling of the work as Jamie and Jake were here for 2 days then had to leave for other jobs on the third day before returning for 2 further days to complete at our house. So we had to endure a full day with our house in upheaval and no work taking place. This scheduling of work should be carefully looked at with future appointments to avoid any disappointed customers.Despite this drawback we are now very happy with the changes we have had done.Thank you Jamie and Jake for your very hard graft and professional finish to our requirements. If we ever need any further changes we would request your services when booking with Omar.

We are so pleased to have bought an Omar home. It is well made and any remedial work that was necessary has been promptly dealt with by their after sales service team. We arranged to have an Elvedon Cottage model sited on a Berkeley Parks site at Caerwnon Park in mid-Wales. We visited the factory at Brandon and saw first hand the build process and the showhomes which reassured us about the build quality. Emma, our specification consultant, guided us through the selection process expertly, clearly keen to make sure we would be really happy with the final product. We finally moved in in May and love the home, the fittings and fixtures are top-drawer quality with attention to detail evident. There were a few very minor snags mainly occurring during transport from Brandon to Wales, within a month Omar’s specialist snag fixers arrived and sorted them all out with no fuss and great care to ensure we were happy with their work. All in all a great experience we can recommend Omar 100%

We bought our bespoke Omar lodge in January, it’s at Bosworth Lakeside Lodges, we absolutely love our holiday home. It’s so well made and we love the bifold doors which we open up as much as we can and with the magnificent views we have here, we feel like millionaires.A special thanks to the wonderful after sales support we’ve received from Karen in the office and Jamie and Andy who came and sorted any snagging issues we had. I moved into my Omar Home in November 2022 and am very pleased indeed with the excellent build quality of the home and the excellent service from Omar Homes, which has been very friendly, helpful, responsive and efficient, from Clare in Sales in the initial planning stage to Karen in Customer Care and Engineers Jason and Owen who did a great job sorting out the couple of snagging items. A thoroughly professional service from the Omar Homes Team. It made for a very pleasant experience and I have no hesitation in recommending Omar Homes. Recently, a small fascia joiner plate from the front roof gable came adrift and Karen in Customer Care very promptly arranged for Owen to visit to re-attach it. He did a very good job. I remain very pleased indeed with my Omar home and the excellent service from Omar Homes. July 2023.

We live in an Omar Newmarket 20ft by 30ft brand new in December 2021. It hastwo double bedrooms one ensuite, a seperate bathroom (no bath just shower our choice), walk in wardrobe, fully fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge area. Patio doors that lead onto decking (we paid for and provided that).We are really pleased with the home and recommend it. We were able to choose the decor when it was made.. The home was fully furnished, has gas central heating and a wall mounted electric fire.Have included some pictures.
