Bowen Therapy by Lise

I am so pleased with my results before I started I could hardly walk let alone stand in loads of pain with my neck leg, lower back, hip & also my hands & arms. Since then all the pain as gone apart from my lower back & hip I’m able to walk much further & stand for longer periods of time I’m hoping at some point, I may be able to lose the crutch I have to walk with and walk independently once again. I highly recommend Lisa the Bowen Therapy is amazing & almost magical it helps with so many different ailments. Im definitely going to be continuing with more sections. I feel like I have more of my life back at last. Thank you so much Lisa this has meant so much to me & my wellbeing

I'd suffered with sciatica for over 3 years, it getting worse and worse over time. I could bearly walk on some days. A friend recommended Lise and Bowen therapy and at this point I was willing to try anything. I'd previously gone to a chiropractor but it didn't help. The Dr had also prescribed me Amitriptyline.I went and had one session with Lise and I was very sceptical to be honest but I decided to sign up for the 6 session program. I couldn't really tell if it was helping at first but after about 3 sessions, I was definitely in less pain. I wondered whether it was my Amitriptyline or the therapy. However I soon realised that the Amitriptyline was causing anxiety and panic attacks so I had to come off this medication. By session 4 and 5 I had bearly any pain and was able to walk and walk. By my last session I had zero pain! I really am over the moon with the results. I'm continuing to have monthly aftercare sessions until I'm confident that my sciatica won't return. I couldn't recommend Lise and Bowen Therapy highly enough!

I wish I had tried Bowen Therapy before. Has made a huge difference to my neck and lower back.

I've suffered for many years with severe Arthritis of the spine, hips, knees and neck. I've also been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. I've refused to take medication despite its crippling pain. I had been looking for a while for alternative ways to deal with my condition and I somehow found Lise on Facebook so I thought I'd give her a try with the first appointment being a light touch one.I have now had three more treatments and the difference is incredible. My recovery time after doing some gardening has reduced from 3/4 days to being fine the following day. I have more energy and a lot less fatigue. I move more easily and I have far more flexibility.Lise made me feel very comfortable and at ease, she is very professional and extremely competent. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lise and the Bowen Therapy to anyone.
