Caithness Cabs

Wonderful service! We got Caithness cabs from Gills Bay to the Thurso train station, and after arriving late the taxis were still there waiting for us. Special shout out to David Jones who was an absolute legend and provided excellent patter.

Picked me up very late on a Monday Night arriving off a ship. Super friendly service.

Best firm in thurso and district; reasonable rates and never let me down - even when everyone else was unreachable. Can't fault them and would (and do) definitely recommend.

What a fabulous taxi company! Both the staff and drivers are first-rate. I first called them when away in Thurso for 10 days to book a taxi to the ferry in Scrabster to go to Orkney. The staff in the office were amazing and gave me great advice about pre-booking, price estimates, Orkney ferry times and local info. My driver David was also incredible, an absolute mine of local knowledge and info, and a very friendly and helpful bloke. Caithness Cabs really helped me get about the county as Stagecoach's bus service in Caithness is awful verging on non-existent. Thanks to David and the guys at the office I got to see John O'Groats and Dunnet Head too. I cannot recommend Caithness Cabs enough... 10/10 guys, and thanks for saving my holiday!

Friendly controllers,. Prompt on my 2 x bookings. Worth using if you need a taxi,. They get very busy so if you have a deadline book in advance.

Excellent service. Quick and efficient. 24 hours availability. Staff can't do enough for you. Cars clean and tidy and run well. Would highly recommend for both local and long journeys.

Arrived on Scrabster Ferry without a way to get to Thurso train, having mixed up times. Called Caithness Cabs in a panic with only twenty minutes before our connection. They sent someone down straight away, and we made our train with time to spare. Very reasonable price too. So incredibly grateful to them for saving our trip today, thank you so much!

Boat was about twenty minutes late so I had very little time to get between it and the train, but I had booked ahead and the driver had waited for me and got me there just in time. Great service, thank you.
