Angry Crab Shack
Angry Crab is a popular restaurant. I went on a Saturday evening and had to queue and join a waiting list. It was a short wait as my friend out her name down once she arrived so by the time we all arrived to was only a 5 minute wait.We ordered a variety of cocktails which weren’t strong. We started with some appetisers; fries, fried shrimp, Buffalo wings and calamari. The calamari was my favourite as it had a nice kick.We were a group of 8 so ordered the Neighbourhood Block Party with the medium Trifecta sauce. This included Lobster, Crab, Mussells, Clams, potatoes and Corn on the Corn. It was amazing. The sauce was delicious but oily.I will definitely be back.

I am very pleased with the food and service here. Reasonable price, good taste and quality seafood, especially the location of the restaurant is in central London. Staff is very friendly and caring. Will definitely come back!

The food was really good I'd highly recommend the trifecta sauce, the seafood was cooked very well wasn't overcooked, the potatoes and corn were delicious and soaked up the sauce. Didn't have to wait long to be seated, our order was taken straight away our drinks came very quickly so was our food the waiter was very attentive and explained the system of ordering and recommend excellent options on the menu.

Good food in the West end! I've only ever had seafood boil in the US which is phenomenal, so this was a hard comparison. The seafood was decent quality and lots to choose from, flavours were good. I like that they have set options as well as choose your own.it's a small restaurant that is packed with tables to maximise the seating capacity, which means you can feel a bit squashed walking through. The service was just ok... As in they weren't rude, but just lacking in customer service as an experience, we weren't provided with all the utensils just gloves, bib and cracker, when in reality we needed the scissors and seafood fork too. Little oversight, but meant we had to ask for them when it should be standard as part of utensils on the table for a seafood place. There are hand washing facilities, which is great and the toilets were actually very clean too!Overall if you're looking for just a decent seafood boil in casual dining, and not bothered about the bells and whistle of service I'd say this is decent. As seafood boils are messy I'd recommend it as a place with family, good friends or relationships long term relationship date, not for first dates!

We ordered the bag for two, lobster tail, and some green mussels. The sauce is really good, we never have this kind of seafood boil in London before. It’s a new experience for us. We will definitely take our friends and family coming back again. Hopefully can book the table successful next time.

The worst seafood boil I’ve ever had. The sauce, if you can call it that, was so watery, oily and super salty. Tried to eat as much as possible so as to not waste but only managed to eat a third of it… I could only force myself to finish one of the king crab legs.I have never been so disappointed….

Absolutely delicious shellfish. Perfectly seasoned and dumped on the table in front of you to devour. Extremely kind and genuine service from Marjorie who looked after us for the evening. Good quality cutting and cracking equipment was provided along with the essential gloves and apron. Definitely worth booking a week or more in advance!

We ordered Boil for King and it wasn’t disappointed us. The food is fresh and tasty. We were hesitate about the level of spicy. Luckily, the staff recommended us to go for “Hot” level and it was awesome! We have great experience dining.
