Westlands Sports and Fitness Centre
A friendly gym. Was assisted by Lewis Trott who was very helpful and informative. Gym can get busy at times so there’s a need to wait for certain fitness equipment occasionally. Good range of classes. Times not always good for those who are parents however. Could also make it easier for new users to know where each class is being held as not always in same room etc.

A fabulous gym - small, friendly with a range of equipment. Currently in the process of being upgraded. Gym classes are excellent - a large variety able to book on the easy app. Exercise instructors are brilliant. I’ve been a member for over 7 years now and will never want to leave!

Good mix of weight machines and cardio with helpful and knowledgable staff. Can be busy at peak times. New venue so still clean and tidy.Wide choice of classes ongoing. 2 squash courts and sports hall for football, badminton and table tennis.

Pay as you go Badminton. We hired a Badminton court and equiptment for £9.20 for a 1 hour slot. We really enjoyed it and booked another session a few days later. You can book via the LED Westlands website.

Shutting at 4pm on a weekend is not great service. Sports hall flooring is not cleaned regularly. Badminton nets are in poor condition.

A small gym and they have crammed a lot in, maybe too much. The general facility resembles a building site, very untidy. Small changing rooms, not enough lockers, nowhere to park my bike but free parking for drivers. It's ok but there are better gyms nearby.

First day back today.Thanks to all at LED for having the Westland facility in first class condition.Really good layout , organisation and structure.Friendly welcome and smile from Grace who had everything and everyone keeping to the new system and protocol.Well done all , be proud of how you have structured the facility for the benefit and wellbeing of members.Just one small complaint though..my usual weights seemed a lot heavier !
