I signed up for classes last year as a complete beginner and found it a really enjoyable experience. The other students were friendly and helpful which made it much less daunting! This was my first experience of a martial arts class and I would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking of starting.

You can't do much better than trying this club out. As a beginner, you'll be welcomed in to a very cool training environment, after that, all you have to do is start learning and enjoying the ride. A fantastic martial arts experience for everyone of all levels.
