Firstly, putting the product aside, Evolution are possibly one of the best companies for customer service I have ever come across.Our camera system was installed recently by another local firm and worked for some time, until recently. The device stopped recording (hence no footage available). I tried to contact the company who installed it (no names), only to be told that the system was out of warranty and I would need a new one.I looked at the phonebook and discovered another local company who happened to be Evolution. A short phone call resulted in a visit from one of their engineers.What can I say, a small part replaced inside the recorder, all working again.Thanks Evolution, excellent work and highly recommended!
