The Heating People - Heat Pump Installation Northwest

Purchased a new ATAG system boiler from the Heating People with installation. Liam provided a fantastic service from start to finish, providing multiple boiler options to choose from and advice on the most appropriate system for my property. He also went out of his way to fit me in quickly once my old boiler broke down. The team that installed the boiler were friendly and professional so I felt really comfortable having them in and around my home to carry the work. The result is a fantastic new modern heating system that I can control from my phone and I’m toastie warm again. Big Thanks!

I had my Viessmann 111-W installed by The Heating People in May 2022 (I have only just got round to reviewing!). I wanted someone with some external accreditation and I found The Heating People via the heatgeeks website. Liam is a very knowledgeable heating engineer and we discussed the best option for my boiler replacement and went through all the pros and cons of combis, vented and unvented, system boilers and heat stores. Liam and his installation team were very efficient, clean and professional, even down to elongated system flushing and brick matching. Unlike many companies Lucy kept me updated about every appointment date and arrival time by text. We negotiated a fair price, and whilst some of the big UK-wide companies might have slightly undercut the price, I know that they would have compromised the install and run as fast as they could afterwards. Liam installed the system as if he was going to come back and service it, even if it meant putting extra filters in. All in all, it is nice to find a professional company these days, and they come highly recommended.
