Wonderful experience with this seller, they obviously really care about their products and are genuinely interested in their customers (and cats!)You can immediately tell that this is a quality product - it's so stable, gorgeous fabric, and clearly so comfortable to the target audience!! I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to put together, even by myself. Wish I had more space to buy another!

So happy with our bespoke made cat tree. Stan designed us something to fit an unusual space, with 2 high beds and a hide-away box-bed. It was made very quickly and to an excellent standard - the quality is great and I'm sure will last a long time. The cats love it. Would highly recommend.

Very quick delivery after ordering. I assembled it on my own(with a bit of help from my cat friends!) Very sturdy, solid quality scratch posts, heavy well designed base, lovely big, comfy beds! My cats couldn't wait to get on and claim their place.After seeing Cosy posts at the Supreme cat show I was keen to get a cat tree for my cats, as previous experience of cardboard versions wasn't great. I feel the price is very fair for the quality and workmanship that has gone into each piece of the tree. I loved the choice of colours and finishes, and the customer service from Stan has been exemplary. I know his is a small new company but he could not have been more helpful.

We received an amazing cat bed and scratching post very quickly. Easy to put together and cats were straight on it, they're very happy. Stan was really helpful and we're grateful, excellent service.

Very well made, solid and durable. The cats absolutely love it and it immediately became the preferred hangout. They seem to really like the extra wide scratching pole, and even the removable cover for the bed is heavy duty and seems like it'll last forever. You can REALLY tell the difference between a lovingly handcraft piece of cat furniture like this and cheaper mass made ones... and it seems like the cats can too!

Hello,This is a review without our new pair of Norwegian Forest kittens as they are still with mum for a few more weeks so I’ll leave a kitten update when they both come home and settle.Firstly I’d like to say in this time of scams, fake websites and scoundrel's cosy posts are 100% genuine, it’s was a big concern to us spending a relatively large sum of money with an unknown company.Our “Vintage View 50cm bed” post arrived in a timely manner with packaging that needs to be seen to be believed it’s amazing. (We are saving the wrapping foil for the kitten’s Christmas presents)Assembly is easy but much easier with two people (it’s quite heavy) read the instructions before you start.Craftsmanship is exactly that “total Craftsmanship!” the look and the feel of the finished product is in my honest opinion worth every penny. This is not a product that you can get in a high street shop it’s a personal piece of furniture for your home and your furry friend(s)Thank you Cosyposts for an awesome addition to our new little hooligans (kittens) new home.
