NR HEALTH & FITNESS CLUB LOWESTOFT
Joined after a negative experience in a close proximity gym which I then quit, and I couldn't be happier. Some of the equipment is a bit dated, but all perfectly functional. Everything is so nicely spaced out, and even at its busiest you're still not tripping over others. I get pretty bad anxiety and had quite frequent attacks in the previous gym but haven't had that here at all, and I can visit on my own and feel comfortable! The staff are always friendly and helpful too, which makes a massive difference. Keep it up everyone!

Just finished a boxfit class with Dan, absolutely brilliant, pushes you to your limit but not beyond and always with a smile and tons of encouragement. Love this gym!

Overall a great place to work out as the staff are pretty good and clearly like their jobs! Some tired machines and upgrading needed and some repairs to some machines needed but I presume this will be carried out!

I have been a member of the gym now for 12 months. I’m 65 years old, and since I’ve been to the gym, I can see the difference in my shape and toning of my body. Which although unexpected, iIm very pleased about. I would absolutely recommend, whatever age, to join the gym, to see and feel the benefit. The staff are so friendly and helpful. It’s a pleasure, not a chore to work out at the gym, which I would never have thought when I first joined!
