Martin came to service a twin pump sump system. He arrived on time. He was polite and informative and explained clearly what he was doing as the work progressed. He was efficient and tidy, clearing up after him. Martin was very knowledgeable about our system. I would welcome him back for future services

Highly recommended. Martin arrived on time. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He worked efficiently and at my request explained what he was doing and what he found at every stage. After he had finished he sent supplementary information to explain how the pumps had been wired.

Martin was very friendly and helpful and did a great job. He showed us photos on his tablet of the work he had done and made sure we were happy with it. However, why the price has gone up by 13% since last year I don't know. It seems very expensive for a service. I've given Martin 5 stars but the Company would not get so many!

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Emma Hawcroft in Customer Services & Martin the Engineer who have both been tremendously helpful in resolving a temperamental issue with the Sump & Pump.Emma was very helpful in arranging to get the correct person to fix the issue and she kept me informed at all times.Martin was found to be extremely friendly & knowledgeable having experience in both electrics & plumbing which was essential for this particular job. He managed to identify & then resolve the issue with the minimum of fuss.Please keep up the good work and thanks again for all your help!

Martin arrived punctually and was extremely respectful of property. Martin was replacing our old pump, also installed via this company, with a new one. He was courteous, efficient, talked us through the process and thoroughly cleaned the chamber out before installing. As usual a thoroughly professional job from request to fitting.
