We've had charcuterie from North by sud-ouest every Christmas since they started up. The quality is fantastic and Andrew is really helpful with products that are new to us. Well worthwhile for something which really stands out.

I was doing a market for my shop and spotted these...my and boyfriend love cured and thought I give them a try... they are absolutely delicious so delicious my second image show we ate it before we took a picture! Its so well packed too...I will be definitely be doing more stalls and I will always have a gander for other meats to try!! Xx

For lovers of charcuterie this is the real deal. In fact it’s better than that. Some amazing familiar things - sausisson sec, nduja for starters, but the cottechino is to die for!

Bought the nduja, Coppa and culatello at the Wirral farmers market, the fella was great and really passionate about his products.The cured meats where decent but the nduja was the stand out for me, just adds the little bit of something special
