This is the second Cosmos I have visited, the other being in the south, and I feel this one has the edge on that place. The staff were typically full of Northern charm and generosity. The food was plentiful and was very tasty and wonderfully presented. The atmosphere was better as the layout affords more of a traditional restaurant feel.Once again we managed to sate the varying tastes of a large family and friends with different dietary restrictions and desires. I cannot recommend this enough as a venue and the fact that they do a mixed grill and a teppanyaki bar is even more excellent.

The establishment is very well maintained and has a rather high standards when it comes to food. There is plenty of food available from multiple areas around the world including Asia and India. A wide selection of deserts is also available.A great location about 5 minutes away from Liverpool ONE bus station and in the heart of the city centre. Perfect location for events such as hen parties and stag do's. Overall I give the establishment a solid 4½ out of 5 stars.

They have many fresh Asian food including Chinese, Indian, Japanese and Halal foods! I liked their teppanyaki which chef cooks steak or seafood in front of you and it was so tasty! The only negative thing was that kids were putting their fingers in the chocolate fountain so I couldn't try. Apart from that, service, atmosphere and of course foods were amazing. Toilets were clean too.

We always have a great experience in Cosmo. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Angela and Rey, who made us very welcome. Chef Raymond at the Sushi section is also really nice.Enjoyed the Teppanyaki the most with Chef Sumon. He is awesome and serves really good food. Chef Ram on the grill is also really nice.Overall really happy with our experience.

I was enjoying the food and the experience there when all of a sudden I had a bad experience. Being allergic to shell fish I told the chef at the grill counter that I am allergic and that I wanted a beef steak. He was going to use the same spatula after using it to fry the prawns and squid. I repeatedly told him 2 times that the spatula had to be cleaned as it has residues from after frying the squids and prawns, he mentioned that's how they always do and that he does not have another one to use. I ended up having to leave the counter as I could not risk myself. Even after paying in advance for the buffet I ended up not getting all what I wanted.

Five of us went today, late afternoon for my niece's birthday. Never been before. Nobody told us what the procedure was. Plates were stone cold on the hot plate (obviously nobody had switched it on) Every item of food was stone cold. It was obvious that the buttons had not been switched on for the heat as it wasn't even tepid. The duck was actually still chilled and the pancakes. Approximately a third of the dishes didn't even have labels on. Nobody ate it. Three members of the party went back for a second plate of a different choice. Again stone cold chicken and chips. Kitchen manager came out and said what can I do for you. My niece said what can you offer? Not like he can give us a free dessert or drink as we'd paid unlimited. He said leave it with me and I'll be back out. Needless to say he never appeared. Avoid this place at all costs especially during the less busy hours.

Great amount of food choices, staff are very helpful and polite. Salad and sushi bar not much choice. The soft ice cream from the machine is definitely tasty. I think it’s much better than the cup ice cream from the freezer!
