Big shout out to Amanda who tracked down my parcel I needed urgently! She not only was successful but delivered the parcel after hours to my address just around the corner- this is what customer service is all about going to extra mile ! - Thank you Amanda !

Never answer the phone my post always arrives opend! Orderd a pair of boots that wasnt cheap! And the delivery driver litreally handed me them opend no box no packaging if they cant steal what they want out your parcels they'll break it out of spite they never answer the phone im sick of my post being stolen im sick of my calls being ignored. It wont allow me to add a image other wise i would. I just want whats rightfully mine my post is none of your concern you simply need to deliver it! On time not 3 weeks later

extremely poor service the last few months. post and parcels delayed by weeks or go missing. no point trying to call or email them as you will not get a satisfactory response. They are only open between 8-10 which is a very awkward time frame to go and look for missing letters or parcels.

This place and the service is an absolute sh...... They have lost numerous of my deliveries, it is an issue with them every time. Has people working for them, who are rude and swear loudly while walking on the street doing their job. So this week my parcel said it was delivered. I work from home and have front camera and the back one. No one delivered anything and they can just put anything they like and don't get punished for it. Can't even do simplest job properly, disgusting.

The postman/woman tried to deliver my parcel/letter (not sure what it is as waiting for it to be redelivered) to my neighbours address, they were away on holiday so I’ve only just got my slip to say they have my parcel. It’s become quite a regular thing with where either my neighbours have our letters and parcels and vice versa.

Quite tricky to get to if you're using the map because both Uber drivers that dropped me off and picked me up got a little bit confused. Aside that, the lady at the customer service point is so professional and friendly. Nice and very fast service.

Delivery driver came onto my estate drove up road then turned around and drove off, then i get a update on tracking saying unable to make delivery attempt! More like he couldnt be bothered to even get out the van to attempt a delivery, it not just parcels, they are useless with delivering letters, i can go 4 weeks without post i have complained to royal mail twice and both times they have improved nothing no other delivery company have issues delivering to my address so obviously royal fail cant do a simple job!!!!! Absalutely useless!

My parcel has gone to the wrong address and the so called proof of delivery picture is a joke as it gives no clue where its gone to and the parcel is not even in the picture, had to give 1 star in order to be able to post this but that is 1 star too many

Had problems with this place for over a year now, 1st there wasn’t a regular post man, now there is but doesn’t check the addresses properly, Iv had post turn up here for other streets and I’m pretty sure my post is ending up at other peoples houses, I have made numerous official complaints and still no change to the service, they’ve shortened the opening times so it’s harder to go there, Iv had a parcel that Iv been waiting nearly two weeks for now going up everyday and nothing, post man hasn’t been to my house for over a week, Iv just tried to call repeatedly from 9.30 - 10 no answer and then the phone got took off the hook at 10.05, clearly the staff a too lazy to answer the phone, when you go there they act like it’s hard Labour to go check your pigeon hole. The place is an utter joke and has been for well over a year!

Once upon a time Royal mail was a decent service, but now it absolutely rubbish, Royal mail has lost 2 recorded deliveries and a special delivery of mine, I tried calling them to retrieve my parcels, but customer service are very rude and unhelpful. Basically been told they are lost and there is nothing they can do. To add salt to the wound,they have lost 5 parcels in the last 2 years, my biggest issue is they really don't care and they take zero responsibility. Also there idea of compensation is to return the cost of delivery, but all the items have cost me 3 thousand pounds in total. It's absolutely ridiculous, I would advise people to avoid any of their services, privatisation has ruined a once loved service, and I'm actually gutted cause I liked Royal mail.
