Both Steve and Tom are friendly and professional. We have now had three woodburning stoves installed by Steve and would only use them. They did a fantastic job on all three installations. Steve has a cherry picker so no need for expensive, inconvenient scaffolding. Tom sweeps our chimneys and had a major job on first sweep as not been done for decades. All round fantastic service at a good price.

Tom and Steve installed a wood burner for us in October 2020. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and provided excellent value. Tom has also done a chimney sweep for us in the past and he was very thorough and tidy. I'm very happy to recommend their services.

We have just moved to the area, having moved from Southampton . We dont know anyone or which are the reputable and best business to use. However we did need a wood burner before the weather closes in.The wife did some research on google and we made a decision to go with Focal. Our experience was as follows.* Steve came to the house, did a full survey and made an assessment of what was needed. We have had wood burners before in previous properties so were generally aware of what we needed. There was no sales pitch just straight factual information and a wealth of knowledge and experience particularly as we now own our first thatched property and were a little nervous as to how to proceed.* We decided on our fire ( A Clearview Pioneer ) and placed our order. The only delay was due to Cleaview having a summer break and not producing until early September.* When the fire was in stock we had a set date for installation. Steve and team turned up, installed and left without making any mess whatsoever. There were no issues with the product or the installation.* The price quoted was the price we paid. At no time was there a possibility of a price increase.We made a good decision to use Focal and my only regret is that you only get to use them once.Happy to give other info if required.Rob
