I’ve been to just about every tile supplier in the north east last few months looking for the tiles for my hallway without any success until I found Tyne tees ceramics. It’s definitely best place I visited! What I didn’t know much to my delight was they have a place just around the corner from their main team valley branch that has clearance tiles! It’s amazing and I managed to get some tiles for my hallway floor that other places didn’t stock - at a great price too. I find modern tile showrooms intimidating and overpriced and this little gem of a place was like they used to be years ago where there are boxes of tiles you can just pick up there and then. I loved that they had different tiles to other show rooms. (Much better quality than local DIY stores) I didn’t have to pre-order just collected what I wanted on the day. The staff were all friendly and extremely helpful & went above and beyond any expectations. The Facebook team are fantastic too from my very first enquiry and had briefed the staff what I wanted before visiting! I’ll be back soon for my bathroom tiles.

Good range of tiles and the guy is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Bought mosaic tiles for a splashback with adhesive grout and trim. Happy!

I was really impressed at the great range of ceramic tiles on show. Malcolm couldn't have been more helpful, his knowledge and patience, enabled me to choose wall and floor tiles in few hours instead of a few weeks.
