Our boiler broke down and we were recommended these guys by a friend, we arranged a survey and met with Jason who arrived on time and was very knowledgable with his suggestions. We didn’t feel the need to get alternate quotations as we felt he was fair priced and we felt we could trust his opinion. (We had a figure in our head and he was slightly under!) We booked the job in and the guys turned up and replaced boiler aswell as the cleaning of radiators. I must add the 2 chaps fitting the boiler are an asset to the company, very clean and polite, a pleasure to have in our home. Very positive expireince from start to finish thank you

The engineer was polite, friendly and speedy, diagnosed the fault and explained it to me, when other companies were quoting for a new boiler and my energy provider's insurance refused the repair.Boiler fixed speedily, excellent customer service. 5 stars from me.

What an amazing company who are fast acting, and super responsive to emergencies, fair costings and helpful engineers. Simply amazing! If you want an amazing job for a fair price. These are the guys!!!

Only good things to say about these guys! Husband and I contacted three other plumbers, none of whom would take on the job (adding/replacing two toilets, replacing old pipework, fitting a basin into a *tiny* WC) because it was apparently too difficult/couldn't be done). Jason and his team did it in three days to an excellent standard. The units fit seamlessly with the exiting décor and made maximum use of the space available. Not only that: we contacted him several months ago, then had to delay, and when we contacted him again he arranged to do the work within a couple of days (it has taken weeks if not months for us to lock down previous plumbers, and they often cancel/reschedule at the last moment). The guy he brought, Matt, was so lovely, and so efficient. Oh, and the scaffolder they recommended charged half of the others from whom we obtained quotes (and was much nicer!). We'll be going back to them when we tackle our next home improvement. Highly recommend!

Excellent and reliable service provided by the Locker team, from visiting to quote through to completion of the pleasing and neat installation of the new Ideal Combi-Boiler at my Saltdean, Brighton flat.For installation, they arrived on time, made the whole process very straightforward, very skilled, professional, happy to answer any questions I had, and tidied-up on completion. Superb service, and highly recommended.
