Nev took me carefully and systematically through the financial and administrative aspects of the purchase of my all-electric MG 4. And then tutored me in all aspects of driving and managing the car. Excellent service all round - and my first solo drove was without incident! Feeling more confident now thanks to this ‘induction’ but it will take a while I expect to become familiar with everything.

My family and I were warmly welcomed to the dealership where Nev Chapman helped us find the best car for us. The service was very good and also very knowledgeable about all different cars they had at the dealership. Would highly recommend to any family or friends.

Joshua has a very professional approach and took the time to listen to my requirements. He answered my questions openly, patiently and knowledgeably. The group do appear to have some issues with their on-line chat and email system but, overall, Joshua has provided me with good customer service.

We received what can only be described as Five Star service from this company, particularly from Nev Chapman, who saw us through the whole process seamlessly. At all times we were kept up to date, from the vehicle arriving at the docks to being inspected prior to delivery. All in all dealing with this business was a pleasant experience and thanks go to Nev Chapman for the excellent service.

The whole experience with Richmond Motors, and Joshua in particular, was excellent. Josh organised our test drive, patiently answered all our questions and after signing up for the car gave a thorough talk through of the main features of the car so I felt confident driving away. I also feel reassured that should I have any subsequent questions I have a local expert I can speak to.

Very happy Motability customers here! We’ve just received our MG HS today, and can only describe the service provided by Joshua as 5 star. Nothing was too much, no question too silly! He made us all feel so welcome to the dealership and was very knowledgeable and friendly. My daughter, who has learning difficulties, even commented on how he made her feel so welcome and didn’t ignore her, that he made a point of speaking to her and making sure she was happy with the car, asking her opinions and involving her with conversations.His communication throughout the entire process from start to finish was brilliant, and he kept us very well informed of anything we needed to know. He was quick to respond to any queries, and even when I came into the garage because I hadn’t worked out how to tune my DAB radio in, (luckily an easy solution; I just hadn’t found a button I’d needed to press! My husband and I recently purchased the MG 4XPower from Richmond in Bognor Regis and the service we received from Joshua Smale was first class. He was polite and friendly from the start and offered assistance all the way through the process. He is a credit to this branch. Oh and cars not bad either!
