On enquiring around Russell gave me the best advice and even helped me chose the right replacement laptop for my needs, so off to Currys I went and came back with my new laptop in hand. He recovered all my precious photo's and emails, then set up my new laptop with everything working 100%.He is professional, knowledgeable and affordable.
