Dom & Chris specified and fitted our new solar generation and battery storage system. The whole experience was first class. We met the two of them at home and they listened to what we felt we were looking for.  We were presented with four different solutions that met our requirements and provided us with real alternatives from which we could chose our favoured option.  Advice and clarification was always quickly provided.  Come installation, the work was done very professionally, and in the timescales originally communicated.  Everything was left functioning as intended and our house was left in a clean and tidy state. Both of the guys have been keen to monitor our system and have returned to make sure that it is operating at its optimum and to assist us in getting the best out of it, especially around charging of our EVs. Throughout the whole process, it has been clear that both Dom and Chris care greatly about their customer relationships, make sure that they exceed expectations, and are pin-sharply focussed on providing the best experience that they can. Our system is exceeding our expectations, is beautifully installed, and, we feel, provides great value for money.

Not only supported me with the decision to move to PV storage but also advising on what would work and how best to configure the system.We opted for external at only a small additional charge but these are stunning and have worked a treat to allow us to become more sustainable and offset our usage to off peak rates.Top price and quick delivery. Eternal energy have been brilliant throughout, great quote and more than happy to answer any questions about it. They gave me a date for install fairly early on and then came and completed all the work when they said they would. Everything was done to a very high standard, from fitting the cabling neatly and hiding the vertical run into the loft, to reinforcing my loft boarding and creating a very neat area to store the inverter and batteries. They also cleaned up any mess they created and were very polite and conscientious throughout. The system they installed has worked perfectly, I have needed nothing from the grid and have even sent some back, looking forward to massively reduced energy bills. all in all I would highly recommend Eternal Renewable Energy for solar and battery installs. I approached Dom from Eternal Renewable Energy having made contact on Facebook. I was impressed from the outside with the helpfulness and speed of his responses. On the day of install they informed me of their expected arrival time, and true to their word arrived on the dot! Friendly and did an efficient and tidy installation of an Alpha Smile5 battery system. There were issues with battery firmware due to mixed ages of the batteries, but I had full confidence in their approach and this issue was resolved between themselves and Alpha. One happy customer and would certainly recommend them.
