I thought that there was little likelihood of getting any drain operator to attend a blocked drain on a Bank Holiday, but Metro Rod attended within 24 hours. It was a swift ,successful operation. The drain engineer was friendly, polite and very patient. He speedily diagnosed and rectified the problem. A good example of a well trained and experienced operative. I was very impressed with Metro Rod and would happily recommend them to others.

To the 2 lads who come out as an emergency in Whitehaven yesterday u absolute hero's. No water and a house full of sewerage water running through it for 5 days, u wouldn't believe how much this brought me down and now all sorted thanks to u....well earned payrise I reckon (cough, cough)
