I paid £95.00 to have my hall stairs and lounge cleaned. I wasn’t convinced my hall carpet looked as clean as I would have hoped so I picked up a Bissell pro four days later. The photo below shows the water from just a 1x2 metere area in my hall. You can visibly see how brown the carpet was where I hadn’t used my new machine. When I alerted the operative he accused me of editing the photo and not complaining soon enough then said he would re clean the carpet I have now cleaned myself and flatly refused a refund saying it was in his terms and conditions (which I never saw! I have used this company before but absolutely never ever again.

I found Enviro clean on Internet and thought I will give them a go to clean my hall, stairs and landing...quote was reasonable.Their service was responsive from me first enquiring...Clarke turned up on time and did a great job, my carpets were not that dirty but look nice and bright after cleaning and once dry next day. Would recommend.
