I greatly enjoyed working with the educate group. It’s a fantastic way of boosting confidence especially as you are put in different schools and classes. You gain lots of experience and get to work with a variety of different age ranges. Educate are very flexible and understanding and would always answer any questions or queries. On my first day I had a lovely phone call from them asking me how my day was and if I enjoyed it. Was a lovely little touch! I hadn’t been with them long as a permanent position came up, but I would definitely recommend the educate group to anyone who’s passion is working with children. I have developed many more skills and experience and it gave me a confidence boost, especially when I didn’t work for quite some time due to Covid. It helped me get some routine back and I also made friends on the job! I loved it very much. The team will always try and find some work for you the best they can and ask for your availability each week. The only thing I can say is it is ideal to drive for this job, as may be a struggle for some people who don’t and have to rely on public transport etc to get to the different schools. Luckily they are understanding and do try and keep you locally though so the schools are easy to get to, which is really good! The school I was put in I ended up being in for a few months! So I became permanent for a little while until the teacher came back. So I got to develop a relationship with the children and staff which made me feel comfortable and everyone was friendly and welcoming.

After using another agency (who were useless at getting me work) I switched to Educate and was so glad I did. The guys at Educate were always so welcoming and friendly, and provided a 5 star service. Highly recommended.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time working with educate group as a Primary School Teaching Assistant, providing myself an insight into Primary School teaching before I begin my studies in the 2022/23 academic year.With the help of my point-of-contact Alex, I was able to easily find a role that was perfect for me. She constantly kept in contact with myself to make sure all was well, and was very understanding when any issues did arise, providing any assistance when it was required.All the people I have worked with at Educate Group have been professional and efficient in equal measure, and I couldn't thank them enough!

I have been working for Educate since September. I have been very impressed with the level of support and professionalism within the company. I have had lots of varied and interesting supply work in primary and secondary schools as well as alternative provision. I was anxious about my future following redundancy. I applied for a teaching assistant position with Educate Group

Beginning my supply journey in July I was extremely nervous. Everybody at Educate has been lovely and very encouraging especially Kate and Bryn. Bryn - my account manager is always in contact ensuring he has my availability for the coming weeks. Bryn has made it very simple transferring from classroom teacher to supply teacher. I've had work every week and even began my journey with a long-term post. Thank you so much for making this transition so smooth. I'd definitely recommend Educate.

As a teacher of 7 years and working within education for 11 years, I have been working on supply since January 2022. I signed up with 2 agencies at first so as to ensure I would obtain regular work. I have since worked solely with Educate Group as the schools they have found for me have been excellent and their rates are very competitive. The staff at Educate Group understand teaching and understand schools and there is never any pressure to take a job due to location or life commitments. I cannot recommend them enough and the team go out of their way to keep in regular communication and are always at the end of the phone when you need them.
