Greenhaffs added our postcode to their website after we contacted them wanting to purchase their Welsh Anthracite. It took less than a week for them to have our coal delivered on a pallet. There was communication multiple times confirming our order and updating us on delivery times. Absolutely fantastic service from everyone involved and we'll definitely become regular buyers as nowhere in our vicinity has decent Welsh coal available. 5*
