Working with Helen is amazing -- mind altering, really, which is the point of hypnosis.I came to her with a sense of walls and blocks, no specifics, but a deep knowing things were in my way. As we spent time in each session, I opened my mind to what she offered and my anxiety and stress disappeared. My walls and blocks were gone. I felt lighter and more authentically myself. I released expectations of myself that were no longer serving me and I found the energy to take action to move myself forward.Of greatest importance, however, the depression I've experienced since childhood slipped away. I typically find myself in my deepest lows, my darkest grey space, during Mercury Retrograde (thanks planets!). My time with Helen included a Mercury Retrograde phase and THERE WAS NO DEPRESSION!I can't say working with Helen completely cured me of this -- only time will tell, but I feel it's safe to say working with her did more to alleviate those experiences than all the meditation, exercise, proper diet, proper sleep tools I've employed for years. As evidence, I'm writing this review during another Mercury Retrograde phase and depression has not resurfaced.If you're wondering if working with Helen is worth your time and your money, please don't wonder any longer. It is absolutely worth the investment. This is about taking care of you, after all, and that's the most valuable thing you could ever do.

I worked with Helen in 2020 to explore my feelings of inadequacy through RTT sessions. Imposter syndrome is something I have struggled with professionally for as long as I can remember. Despite my educational and career successes, I struggled to shake these feelings of never being good enough. Helen suggested trying RTT. I had zero experience or knowledge on what RTT was prior to my initial session with Helen. I was skeptical on it working since I tried many other avenues to address imposter syndrome (therapy, personal development, imposter syndrome courses, meditation, self-care, affirmations) over the years, but nothing seemed to stick. I felt the shift after that first session with Helen. Helen created a very loving and safe space for me to explore deeply where the mental blocks were that were causing disruption and feelings of inadequacy in my life. The aftercare she provided after our session allowed me to truly work through my mental blocks and let them go. Years later, I no longer struggle with imposter syndrome. Through RTT, I was able to let all my anxieties go and just be content and confident in who I am. My life is better because of it. My professional life is thriving and I don't ever wonder if I'm good enough. I KNOW I am. Thank you, Helen.
