I was wary as I am with all chain garages, but having the best value offer for what I wanted (4 tyres and wheel alignment) I was very pleasantly surprised! Warm and friendly greeting, was expected and everything ready and waiting, fast and efficient fitting, and one week later no issues! I stayed whilst they did the work, the chairs were comfortable and free Wifi to enable it, my only criticism is there are no refreshments water or vending machine, which would have made the wait a little more comfortable (next time I’ll bring some with me!) overall a good experience and based on offers will be high on my list of places to use again!

Thank you for a top class service.I tried to book an appointment for a slow puncture but it was days away and I couldn't risk waiting that long.I called up the branch who booked me in that day (it was explained that the system assumes a new tyre is required and would require ordering hence the delay, so it was best to pop in)....45 mins after I arrived at the branch, all sorted....no delays, the car was taken straight in, MAGIC!Thanks guys, really appreciate that level of service, it's priceless.Jemma

Booked MOT arrived car tested, failed on number plate bulb which they replaced and immediately retested it at no extra cost which it passed. Excellent service will definitely be using then again. Very reasonable prices too.

First time I used ATS today and what great service. I had pre-booked a time and pulled up to park and straight away someone came over took my car. Once finished the car was brought back to me. Very impressed with the service.

Wonderful helpful staff that go overboard to treat their customers to first class service. I buy all my new tyres there and if I need to get a quick vehicle or tyre check before a long journey I will pop down there to see if they can squeeze me in...If they are not too busy they always make time for me... Outstanding service.

Turned up with a flat tyre with our 9 month old son 3 miles from home when the weather was 1 degre. Was told nothing they could do until the afternoon as fully booked. Photo of an empty garage was half hour after arriving. Terrible customer care! Clearly don't want to help people or need the business
