Excellent piano store with very helpful staff!

We bought an upright self-playing piano from Richard in 2015 and it has been superb. The showroom had lots of options for both upright and grand pianos to choose from, and Richard advised us and helped us come to a decision.After many years, we had some trouble with the piano's playback feature and got a very helpful response very quickly despite not being in contact for such a long time. This is an excellent place and we greatly recommend buying from here.

This company has a wonderful variety of pianos in their showrooms. Quite easy to travel to from Marylebone station too. Richard provided a great deal of information and advice for each instrument to ensure the right choice is made, as well as allowed plenty of time to try the pianos. He has always been very quick at getting back to messages and calls when trying to arrange the delivery and has facilitated the process in the best possible way.My flat had a very tricky right angle corner and everyone seeing was slightly pessimistic of getting it in, but thankfully it's all been very happily resolved thanks to Richard's arrangements.I would definitely recommend them!

Huge selection, and very good service.

We bought a piano from Richard a few months ago and he was very good when we contacted him about an issue with a few of the keys sticking when the quiet pedal was on - he sent a tuner out to fix it and now it's working great. Very good after-sales service. Also a very nice showroom and we were given lots of advice and time to have a look at all the pianos there. Highly recommended.
