Rang today at 9AM, I was on hold for 40 minutes before I got through (please just hold and wait as I was panicking but obviously it’s very busy). The lady on the phone said she would have the nurse ring me back. She did within a few minutes. Arranged for my new contraception to be collected today and managed to get an appointment to have my nexplanon removed next month (big relief as it has expired and not many places are removing due to covid). Very happy with the experience. The ladies were really helpful. Thank you!!

The phone lines do not work I have tried to book an appointment for several days now but they inform me its a staff training day. I rang my GP and they said it should not be saying that. The online bookings system doesn't work either. No appointments available at all.It is so frustrating, I would not recommend this service to anyone.

I WONT recommend dr subra at all, very rude and has horrible attitude, no respect to patient at all. The worst part was him screaming over the phone (only phone consultation available)and didn't let me explain the problem properly. If you don't want to help people, maybe you shouldn't be a doctor.Reception staff always very nice and helpful, I think some people could learn a lesson from them

Went there for a checkup, left traumatised. I came straight after work and nurse didn't even clean the vein before struggling to insert the needle, and after blood stopped she almost took bloody pad with.. Oh yeah, whole procedure she had no gloves. Disgusting experience.

Honestly wish I could put no stars, would not recommend this service to anyone!!!! On hold for 1 hour and 15 min only to be told it’s staff training day on an automated voice!!!

What an absolute farce these clinics are no use at all if you are busy ,need help dont bother ,was on hold for about 45 mins trying to get my daughter an appointment only to finally get through and be told it was a staff training day and closed ,today !rang the Royton branch being no 8 in the queue as my daughter works and hasnt time to sit in a long queue ,finally got through to an abrupt receptionist who stated she wouldn't speak to me without my daughter ! yet another pointless effort to help my daughter ,how these services are helping anyone at all with anything is beyond me!all this staff training dosent appear to be working! At all !!!

I've been calling all day and I'm 10 in line, after going down to 8 in line, the call drops. from 14.30 information to call after 16 because there is a training. I've been calling since 4pm, same message. Very poor service

A very lazy inefficient team I was running late for an appointment due to an obstruction that occured on Manchester road and arrived ten minutes late I couldn't get through on the phone to let them know, I was stoood at the desk for four minutes before any one attended it making me a total of four minutes later than the ten minutes I already was and then got refused to be seen with no apology. Disgusting service and a constant reflectin of how down hill the NHS are. It's ok if they keep us waiting but on a very off chance of me being slightly late this was the result.
