Thought I was taking a chance getting a marquee in October but how wrong I was! The whole process was so easy from a quick quote designed to my specifications, Dan and his team organised everything. The marquee was put up a couple of days before the party allowing plenty of time to decorate. It looked beautiful with the up lights and fairy lights and the heaters kept it toasty warm - I would 100% recommend Abacus to anyone considering hiring a marquee!

Thank you Abacus for an amazing 50th party experience. Totally recommend you guys to anyone. From the first meeting with Mark through preparation with Dan and the setup team led by Ben and Alex the whole thing was excellent. Also massive thanks to the amazing DJ Tazer who just kept the party going and going and going!! I can also not say enough about the bar staff team of Zulika and Emma who made everything run so smoothly and couldn’t be more helpful. Honestly could not have been a better party. Would use Abacus in the heart beat again! Great service, very friendly and professional. They know their stuff, went with the full package but it was all very nicely and neatly broken out so you could have what you needed to suit a budget. Best thing we did was have bar staff. Took the pressure off the whole evening. Fantastic company!

We worked with Abacus to create a marquee experience for an event with around 100 people. They were recommended to us and we were delighted with the result. The management team took great interest from the start of the project , made some good suggestions on style and design. The marquee was professionally installed , appropriately configured for H&S purposes and put up by a crew of guys that were determined to make it look great. Removal was seemless. Abacus also offered party organisation services / Exec Loos etc . Very nice people to work with all round

First class service all round. The team that installed the marquee were brilliant, they made sure I was happy with everything and how it was set up. It looked amazing, so many people commented. The team that came and took it all day were amazing too, even taking time out to play with the dog. Couldn't recommend abacus highly enough. Abacus provided us with a marquee for our joint 40th party. It was quite a challenging build given we wanted the shed to be our bar and the garden is quite small, but the installation team did a fantastic job and delivered us the perfect space for our party. The team were very friendly, helpful and communicative. Would highly recommend and would use them again.

We booked Abacus for our 40th wedding anniversary party and they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The planning session 9 months ago was detailed with Mark including a very helpful sight visit.Nearer the time we filled in the details and the company were flexible and helpful with suggestions and we were able to liaise with Zulika - she was always on the end of the phone in the last week.The marquee set up was efficient and the all the team were respectful of plants, flowers and access. Pack down was equally good. The whole marquee with lights, white curtains and flexible roll up windows, looked stunning.We booked staff to make the day go smoothly and deal with “anything” during the event. Hannah and Nick arrived early and took control of every request I made, including attending the bar, cutting desserts up, filling our dishwasher, checking loos etc. I wrote a list with timings beforehand and they found this helpful. They went over and above to make our day special. Their professional attitudes, care and attention were exemplary.I would highly recommend Abacus for any special event.

Abacus marquee was beautiful, plenty of room for 30 in the 9 x 6m.We really appreciated how hard they worked to get it in early to give us more time to decorate itEveryone at abacus was very patient and helpful.Thank you for helping our day to be so special x
