Absolutely dire service. Moved home and they have cancelled my broadband on four separate occasions. I called them again today only to be spoken to in a derogatory manner by EE. Customer service advisor Rob.I am informed it will take until after Christmas before I accredited despite moving home on 17 November.I have a child suffering from pneumonia, this is making a stressful situation worse.Will now search for a new provider.

I’m not surprised when I view their rate here and found it in red and 87% gave 1 star, that’s mean the customer care is zero and they don’t care about what customer satisfaction!! They increased my bill price by 19% for inflation!! And the funny thing that a new customer getting a better price than old customers by 30% less !!!!!!! Why the operation cost and inflation for BT just on the old customers and new are not !!!!!!! My fairly advise don’t trust BT and go with any trusted company which really be honest by treating you as a customers not as a pay machine for their bad services. Trust me Don’t go with BT

I am giving them 5 starsHow welcoming are the staff even the management I have worked in alot of call centres where managers have not valued or appreciated their staff but when I went to this one for a job interview I was welcomed with open arms from recruitment reception and even agents and the managers it's a warm and friendly atmosphereWas good to meet some of the staffEasy to get to aswell (if your taken to the right place haha) I wasn't at first but got their in the end and manament understoodBuilding is beautiful to modern and freshIf you get a chance to be interviewed her please take thar chance and you will understand my review and reasons for it

worst service ever. full of unqualified people who hang up on you and never call back... worst experience. i would put even -5 if there was a posibility....uselesss....better employ robots .. they do a far better job than most of your emplyee....
