I started training with Michele after a recommendation from a friend who also trains with her and I am so glad I took on these sessions. Not only have I dropped dress sizes (from a 14 to a 10) but I have also seen a great improvement in my fitness too, and I always look forward to the sessions because I always leave feeling positive. I have had loads of compliments from family and friends who have seen me get into shape, and they've also seen an improvement in my mental health which has all been down to the help from Michele. Before this I was only going to the gym occasionally and even then I didn’t really know what I was meant to be doing! But now I feel confident in being able to train solo and workout effectively. And what is just as important as results is the support, kindness and good humour Michele shows too!

Working with Michele on fitness and nutrition and absolutely feeling the benefits already. Her knowledge regarding what training suits your needs and will help improve performance is excellent.However the biggest impact for me is around the nutritional side of training. Being a runner and training for another year of events and struggling with various injuries, Michele has helped me understand how my training was not being supported by my food intake, I have made numerous changes and can already feel the benefits. She is so knowledgeable but more importantly knows that we live in the real world and helps guide towards solutions which fit your lifestyle. Thanks Shel!!

I had to share my first PT experience. Michele is just INCREDIBLE. I came to see her at a distance of course.. with a goal in mind. I am not very fit or active and explained about my goal and my lack of confidence around it. I have been working with this amazing lady for a few months and well on my way to achieving where I want to be. I could not have done this without her support, encouragement and her belief in me. She has a fitness plan that is tailored to me as well as totally sorting my daily diet. Which I thought would be tough but love it. I can not recommend Mac Fitness enough. For anyone wanting to achieve your goal... Michele is the lady to get you there. Thank you so much xx

I am at the start of my fitness journey with Michele and this is the first time ever I have looked forward to exercise. She is motivating and keeps our sessions fun, with a variety of different types of exercise. Michele pushes you to achieve results, but does this in a way that is tailored to your individual fitness levels. She is just brilliant!

I came across Michele through KAL and really liked the way she taught the class. A few months later I took the plunge and enrolled for a 12 week personal training program with nutrition advice. It’s the best thing I’ve done in years and has really given me a kick start to weight loss and a healthier me. I’m 3/4 through the program and have lost 17 lb and 18 inches. I can’t recommend Michele highly enough, not only is she a great personal trainer she’s such a lovely lady who is genuine, friendly and gives you loads of encouragement and positive vibes.

After trying for months to lose weight and recover my fitness getting no results I booked in with Michelle and had a gold to aim for as off to Thailand. With the positive motivation and knowledge of nutrition and fitness I learnt new ways to eat and what's best for my body we worked with my injuries making my back and pelvis stronger . In the space of 4 months I had achieved all the goals lost a stone and 27 inches off my body eating healthier and enjoying exercise all with the encouragement and kindness working with this wonderful lady.
