What a pain it is. I couldn't be more unhappy about their way of dealing with clients. Sarah Gallagher is so unprofessional and her don't care attitude puts me off. Never in a million years I would go to this firm. This firm is a joke, they holding my files and do not agree to transfer files to other solicitor until I pay the full fee even if they are not going to complete. The balance was only due on completion, but they want payment irrespective of this. Debbie, who is dealing my completion in Sarah's absence never answer calls and only reply to some of the e-mails. She ignored the fact that my deposit was at risk and didn't bother looking at it until last minute and then gone on holiday handing over to her colleague, who has done lot more in a day than what Debbie has done in a week. Debbie was working other completions putting my case aside, which is not acceptable, particularly when my deposit was at risk.If she had to deal with other completions then she should have allowed to pass the documents to other solicitors, which she was reluctant to do. It this don't care attitude from the beginning, put me off. This solicitors were referred by the sales agent who sold me the flat. I would stay away from this company at all costs!!!

Her efficiency is outstanding and her interpersonal skills make working with Benny a pleasant experience.She was able to interact properly and timely with the counterpart lawyers and our mortgage provider and solved all issues as they came along in an orderly and pragmatic way.We would highly recommend Benny.

Extremely poor service, brought our flat three years ago and are still having issues. Child and child charge a huge amount of money for a service that is not done properly. Would not recommend at all.
