So - had a puncture in a hire car, tyre competelly flat in the morning. The hire company put me straight onto tyrenet who logged the call ... and then no one turned up. So why the 5 star review? Because when I called them back they didn't haze me and they didn't string me along: the guy (Andy) who fielded the call back was honest, clear and realistic in how he was going to sort the issue, given that both he and I had been let down by the local repairer. I was on my way to a family funeral, I had people around to give me a lift and there were far more important things on my mind than the tyre: Andy and Tyrenet took this onboard and sorted it in my absence. No back and forth, no me having to hang around; they were forthright and completely understood what I actually needed, avoiding a whole drama that did not need at that moment, for which I am hugely grateful.

Such a good service. With me within the hour to a really remote location. Super friendly guy that came. Speedy service! Definitely would recommend
