The cost of £4.80 is actually good value for money from Hereford train station to Kington bearing in mind the distance travelled - I used Sargants buses when doing this journey back in April as I was staying there for the weekend and it went very close to the place where I was staying - I have a feeling it is about 12 milesThe only problem I had was getting to the correct bus stop at Hereford train station and did not realise that there was more than one bus stop (perhaps needs looking at from a bus company/train company point of view??)The down side as with previous comments is that it does not run late but the times I used the bus it was very well usedAs I did not know the area the driver got me off at the stop that I had been told to use by my accommodationI found both bus drivers polite and the buses ran to timeKeep up the good workApologies for the delay but I am only just finding out about bus companies on Google reviews (as well as car parks)I hope to have a return visit to Kington next year and I hope that the bus service will still be running as I am stuck with out a car!!It is also good to have buses running into the train station as it takes the hassle of trying to find a stop in a place that I do not know especially when I have luggage

waste of money, too high priced for late service all the time, broken down buses all the time, bad hygiene on bus with dusty seats, bad attitude to customers, shouting at children and overall terrible experience. Should have some respect when they are always late and informal business.

What a brilliant service-1st class! We came to stay in Kington in August 2016, we travelled by train to Hereford and would NOT have been able to visit the area without this bus service. I rang before our holiday and my call was answered immediately by a very helpful man who posted a timetable. This timetable is essential! Although the buses do not run that frequently they are ultra-reliable. The buses are clean, most had seat- belts, ALL of the drivers were helpful and friendly. We visited Llandrindod Wells, Weobly, and the driver will kindly stop and pick you up (signal clearly!)i f you want to visit Water-Break-its-Neck Waterfall.Delighted by the wonderful scenic routes. Please, PLEASE do not stop this service. Relax and let the wonderful Sargeants take you all over the place. Thank you, thank you!

Thank you to the driver on Saturday who stopped and picked me up at the end of Jack's Ditch Lane. I was trying to decide if I should walk the main road or cross over to Penrhos farm and ring someone to get me. Sorry to all the people in the bus if I didn't realise straight away the bus had stopped for me. Thank you so much x

I love the sergeants bus drivers in Hereford because the buses they're always clean their buses and every morning and every night they always say thank you

Sargeants is a hard working team and they try and put as much effort in as they can

I use sargeants at least twice a week. They are 99 percent on time, clean modern buses even an electric one now and again. The one percent when the bus is late or doesn't turn up I forgive because the traffic in Hereford is terrible.

I lost a parcel on a Sergeant's bus today, after ringing Yeoman's who gave me the correct telephone number( I thought it was the same company!), the lady at the office was most helpful, and tracked the bus down on which I had left my parcel, she kept me in touch until she found a suitable place for me to retrieve it. I had given up hope of finding my parcel, but due to the kindness and honesty of the company and the public I have now got my parcel back. It restores faith in the human race.
