Openshaw Super Store

This OPenshaw Superstore is a smaller version of the main one just up the hill on 1323 Ashton Old Road.In this smaller store also, they are quite well stocked. Not so crowded, just that the ailes are not well spaced.Just like all these Asian store, they are stocked with Afican food stuffs. Their stuff are not too well spoken in English neither are they very helpfull when you need help with any item you want to buy. Most of the time you would see the guy at the checkout on his phone and with a straight face you cannot even ask him a question. However, if you muster the courage to speak to him, he might be helpful...

I was at the shop yesterday brought a lot of stuff over £300 has I don’t live in Manchester I come here every three months, I brought 2bottles of groundnut and chi chi that I will be eating on my way home, I think I forget it when am trying to park my stuff as I got a lot and I try to get them on phone to let check for me and I can pick it up when next I visit the guy that pick up is very rude he I can’t talk right now I have customers to attend to and that’s not the first time, anything to try to reach out to them on phone to complain about your concerns they are not ready to listen, I don’t know why they have phone line when you can’t make use of it. Management should see to this.

You can get majority of African stuff cheaper there.

Friendly staff, affordable prices..they have a wide variety of African food stuff and protein..I will definitely visit again
