Found this charity sleep apnoea website after searching through Google and am very pleased I did. I only started properly using my CPAP machine in June '18 after having and had teething troubles for 5 months, like most others. But with their help, advice and long list of CPAP aids they've got me using my machine properly and nightly. My starting AHI was 35 and I'm averaging 1 - 2.5 now. Without this charity's help I'd still be struggling to get used to my machine, so thanks Hope2Sleep.

Having been diagnosed with sleep apnea for a number of years now, the one thing I’ve always struggled with is the mask the hospital supplied which never seemed to fit or be comfortable, having got to a low point with my hospital supplied mask, I approached Hope2Sleep charity for help who arranged for me to go along with my existing mask and have a mask fit appointment, this was a real eye opener not only did Natalie check my existing mask and make adjustments to make it fit better, it gave me a chance to look at the different manufacturers of cpap masks that weren’t available through the hospital.The end result is I purchased a new mask from them that not only fits great but is so comfortable which helps me get a full nights sleep now.Thank you so much for all the help.

My wife ordered and paid for Amara view cushion mask and non-magnetic clips on 3 January 2023. Until today, 19 February, I received just clips, I DID NOT RECEIVE THE MASK CUSHION, not the refund - they say that it is on way! Please be careful!

Hope2sleep worked through the night to ensure my daughter and friend had the correct equipment to board a flight recently. The airline had outdated lists and they sourced something that was acceptable, one of their guys even came down from Hull to Kings cross to hand it over and they made their flight with minutes to spare. Their care, understanding and help will never be forgotten by all of us. Thank you for going the extra mile, literally!
