Craig went the extra mile in terms of customer service; he took the time to understand my specific requirements and answer my many technical questions. Craig’s knowledge was accurate and authentic. His answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for me to make an informed decision. I was given all the time I needed to test and compare products and there was no pressure selling or the apathy and lack of knowledge that you find with many other retailers. Ordered from them online, as they were one of the few places with the item I wanted in stock. All I can say is that I wish I lived in Falkirk.Service was friendly and exemplary, and the item was with the Post Office ridiculously quickly. Unfortunately Royal Mail then left it in Edinburgh for an extra day, but not much can be done about that.It was also very well packed.I wish I had more Sony things to buy.

My wife and I made a significant purchase in January 2023. The customer service during pre-sales through to home-visit/set-up was outstanding. Ross was so helpful. But, more importantly than this, Serafini's after-sales support with Craig and Dean (with some technical/fault issues with our purchases) has provided significant peace of mind. In the digital online/home shopping age of Amazon dot com, this excellence in ongoing customer care has endeared us to long-term custom with Serafini for all our future Sony purchases. I am very happy with service and deal I got. Alan was very helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble to him and a team. We phoned at 10 o'clock on Wed morning to say our TV was showing red flash st bottom of screen. Assured that was sign of a serious fault. By 1 o'clock we had a new TV installed and working a treat if that's not good service don't know what is. Thank you Alan and Leo for your help to get us going as my husband is house bound and relies on his TV.. thanks again.

Travelled from Glasgow to Sony Centre Falkirk, on arrival was met by Craig. After expert advice purchased a 55in oled. Tv was delivered and installed as arranged. After installation Craig took time to explain everything nothing was to much trouble, fantastic knowledge, delighted with our purchase. Great service from Sony Centre Falkirk and especially Craig.

Dear Falkirk Sony Centre Team, I have never taken my time to write a review. But I must say, I was extremely impressed abut your service and communication. I made the order on Sunday night, although I never paid for a tracked fast and next day delivery, the Sony camera I ordered was delivered the following day. Throughout the delivery process I was communicating with Lorraine who was a lovely lady and was answering my emails promptly. you should be proud that sell on a national stage, I am extremely pleased about your professional service and will make sure to buy from you company again. My son had an issue with his Sony earbuds. This was resolved by Dean and his staff with a replacement. The aftersales customer service is great, you are certainly not forgotten once you have made your purchase.
