I first saw Ruth a few years ago , to seek her help with my crohns disease.The accupunture treatments, in addition to her advice on other complimentary therapies and nutrition, really helped.Since then , she has been my go to" person for other related health issues and is currently treating me for sciatica.Ruth always takes time to get the" whole picture "

I came to acupuncture firstly for relief from chronic sinusitis. Ruth begins our sessions with questions to get to know what has been going on in my life and how I am doing physically and mentally, and she explains how she will use the information I give to tailor the session to address particular issues. As I`m living through some extremely difficult times in my life it also acts as a kind of talk therapy.Ruth also gives advice on lifestyle, diet and practices to aid further outside of the acupuncture since she is passionate and knowledgeable about her field.The work she does is having very marked impact on me and in the days following each session I have considerable relief and renewed energy. So, I definately recommend Ruth.

Would highly recommend Ruth she is very passionate in her work extremely knowledgeable which is reflected in her treatment. Just fantastic, never believed Ruth could help me so much. I've been seeing Ruth now for coming up to four years. She's supported me in my recovery from ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome plus significant depression and anxiety rooted in complex PTSD. Not an easy combination of issues to tackle but she has and all with kindness, compassion and understanding.
