We saw a car advertised and on visiting Stockport Hyundai, Andy was extremely helpful in our enquiries. The car was bought by us and was as advertised. We are delighted with the purchase and Andy was thorough in explaining the procedure of the handover. He also did an after handover telephone call to ensure everything was in order and to see if we had any queries. He also indicated that if there were any queries not to hesitate to get in touch. What can I say about this dealership, WOW, I would like to take the time to say a massive thank you Karen the reception lady the way she treated me and daughter was second to none, my daughter came in looking at cars as she had just passed her test and wanted a little car with good spec after looking around a fantastic sales person (Andy Hogan) came up to me and asked are you OK, I told him my daughter had just passed her test and was looking for a small, This is when you know you have a good sales person the way he took the time to explain everything and show her a car which she might like was very professional and polite he kept her at ease with no pressure or pushing to purchase after a test with me and my daughter she made the decision to purchase Andy at this point was again very professional and asked are you sure, she said yes after getting a fantastic deal from Andy he went over the paperwork step by step so that she understood everything then sales manager came out ( sorry I didn't get his name) of his office and thanked her for her business this was a lovely touch, even Jordan from the Service Desk came over and introduced him self Outstanding Customer Service and Well Done the hole team Customer for life and see you all on Friday for the pick up. Very Happy with our used car purchase from Holcroft Stockport. We called looking for a used electric Ionic, there were several options available. Andy Hogan, who we dealt with, was friendly and professional, helped us look at our options and decide which best suited our budget and options for finance etc, we were particularly happy that the car came with extended 5 yr warranty that made this car stand out from others on the market and a big bonus for buying from Hyundai dealership directly. The whole process was easy, we never felt pressured to buy the car or products with it. Upon collection Andy and the team were friendly and helpful and the car was as described well presented and ready to go. Have had the car a few days now and so far very pleased with it.

Got my car serviced from them via a 3 year service agreement. At £22 per month, Very good service and unbeatable price form a dealer also. I have the tuscan 230bhp and it's better quality than my last two cars, BMW 325 and Mec 230, and a lot faster than people think. See pic at B&Q car park, wasn't even clean.
