Very friendly and professional service

I have had issues with my travel card and a pending ATM transaction that meant I couldn’t access my money until after my holiday finished. After having no luck with the number on the card, I phone the branch I got it from. After speaking to Holly, I am no longer in a panic and she has gone above and beyond calling the different sectors of the travel card team to get it sorted for me. Absolutely amazing customer service from her- I feel so reassured and looked after. She is a real asset to the team. If competitive pay is something Asda uses, she is definitely a top competitor and deserves every penny.
