I spent a fabulous morning painting and re-learning the skills of free-motion embroidery with Jackie. She is a lovely person, easy company and very helpful and supportive. Her teaching background certainly comes through as she explains things very clearly and guides you through the process but without doing it all for you.I have already recommended the workshops to friends and look forward to coming back for more sessions...finding the space and time to be creative is a real joy. Thank you Jackie!

The curtains look great!We had some full length curtains for leaky French doors which meant the curtain lining was really badly marked. Cynthia was a wizard - took the linings off and replaced them so they are as good as new! It means we don't have to buy a new set of curtains plus two more matching pairs for the other windows in that room. Brilliant!

A little delayed but I just wanted to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Jackie for fixing my wedding dress the week before the wedding (back in August)! Not only did she manage to squeeze me in at very short notice, when she was already super busy, but she’s also an absolute pro at working with silk! Massively recommend and will be going straight to her with all tailoring needs in the future!

My daughter has thoroughly enjoyed the Saturday sewing lessons with Jackie. She has come home with some wonderful creations that she has enjoyed showing her friends and family. I am honestly so impressed with the sewing skills she has learnt. She spends her free time at home making clothes for her teddies.The sessions are well prepared with options of what to make and lists of resources needed. I think it is fairly priced for a 3 hour session. Also, being 1 Saturday a month works really well for us.I would highly recommend to any children who are interested in craft and making things.

I cannot thank the ladies of make it happen enough!I bought in my wedding dress with three weeks notice and not only did they doIt in record time but it was perfect!I felt so beautiful on my wedding day and it was down to the dress! You couldn't tell they had even touched the dress the work was done so well! Thank you!
