Sean took my call on a Sunday morning and was going to recover my car. In the end, a family member has AA cover, so I didn't need recovered. I am sure Sean was already on the road to recover my car when we phoned to cancel and pay - he wouldn't accept payment! Had an amazing experience with this garage. I broke down and got in touch with them. They sent someone to look at my car and arrived within 10 minutes. After noticing it wasn’t drivable they arranged recovery. Best prices in Carlisle and go the extra mile to help.
