I was given an appointment to remove acrylics that I was desperate to get off. I was greeted and given a drink, when my nails were removed I got a nice hand massage with skin scrub all for £15 which I thought was above and beyond what was expected.However, while waiting for my nails to soak, I noticed something else about the other staff in the salon. It was how incredibly kind and patient they were with their clients. They showed such kindness and respect to elderly clients and I just thought how that would have meant the world to those clients. The way they acted with these costumers probably made that persons day or even week. I was so shocked and delighted by this, it is not the sort of thing you see everyday in busy businesses. The time taken to give each individual the time and chat" they need was just so special here."

Beautiful place with a lovely atmosphere. Always made to feel welcome with very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Absolutely love having my nails done here, wouldn’t go anywhere else now!

Tanning slots are very nice and clean

Very disappointed with the ability to provide me with any available dates for a simple gel manicure. They said that all evening appointments were currently reserved to 'regulars' and if I left my.number, they might find a place.Feel awful, not what I was expecting and will not be using them in the future.

Friendly atmosphere. Lovely staff. Always made to feel welcome. Nail Work is excellent. Would fully recommend to anyone
