Absolutely phenomenal massage. Jacky was my masseuse and she was so good. I was fully relaxed and felt great for days.

Been a few times now and the seem to finish 5 mins early went for a 90mins massage today and she finished 10mins early. I will make a point of this if I go back. Lovely staff but end of the day if u pay for an hour you should get 1 hour

I’ve been regularly visiting Sansuk for the last few years. The quality and whole experience has consistently declined over the years. The place generally feels unclean and they reuse towels on the beds which is just disgusting. Appointments finish way before the scheduled 60 minutes. Most of their masseuses are totally unskilled, there is only one masseuse who I could rely on. I had to complain once when the masseuse I had kept sneezing and coughing throughout the massage without washing their hands.The final straw for me came today when I had to call to cancel an appointment due to a family emergency and wouldn’t be able to make it there in time. The receptionist was incredibly hostile and aggressive towards to me. I was taken aback given I come here every few weeks and have never had to cancel at short notice like this. When I asked to get a call back from the manager and explained the issue to her, the manager didn’t even have the decency to apologise to me and instead just defended her receptionist. Her condescending attitude was appalling.Given their totally unprofessional and aggressive attitude towards me, it is clear they do not value loyalty at all and I will not be returning again. Suggest people save their money and go to a clean and professional establishment. You can always tell a lot about a business by the way they reply to customers, it is eye opening when you see some of their hostile replies to negative customer reviews here.

My friend kindly bought me a deep tissue massage for my birthday. Ann, the loveliest therapist who had the best skills to get rid off all the knots and tension. I grew an inch taller by the experience for weeks. She is professional and friendly. I'll ask for Ann again. All the staff members are really nice too.

Absolutely fantastic service. I had a 1h deep Thai massage and it was the best ever. Masseuse took her time and focused on areas that had high tension.My friend recommended Sansuk and I see why! I travelled 1.5 hours and it was well worth it. Will come back!

I have been going to Sansuk - both branches for years now. I have a fitness business so my body gets very knotted up from working out. It’s a fabulous massage place with lovely staff and super clean. Very well trained staff - I’ve never had a less than excellent experience there. Can’t recommend them more highly.

I have just left SanSuk and felt I had to write the review straight away because I had such a positive experience.I have been having bad shoulder and neck pains the last few days, so booked the massage at SanSuk based on the good reviews and closeness to me.I was seen by Nan who was absolutely brilliant. I had the 1hr Swedish massage. We spoke about the pain I was having and Nan let me know she would concentrate on the area as well as giving the full body massage. She made the massage very relaxing all whilst working through my knots- the pressure was perfect. Very friendly and professional staff. I'll make sure to come again, thank you.
