Placed an order for a birthday present, the site states dispatch in 5 working days and the product was in stock 10 days later no chair so tried to contact them, no phone numbers available and had to send an email, I said that I still wanted the item and I asked an update please.24 hours later my money was returned and no explanation given, total sham website company and wouldn't recommend them to anyone , I bet there stock is the same, rubbish!

This is definitely one of the coolest, most comfortable chairs you will own. A fantastic adjustable and supportive back system with the ability to fully recline the chair. The option to turn on the LED features makes the chair both unique and creates a fun gaming/work environment. Highly recommended! The customer service is also A*.

I recently bought the Huzaro Force 6.0 RGB LED Gaming Chair and I can't say enough how happy I am. The customer experience I received from Huzaro was incredible! Unfortunately, completing my order at checkout I entered the wrong delivery address. I rang them the next day and they had the solution solved in minutes and also payed for the extra shipping costs! Five star from me couldn't recommend enough, well done Huzaro.

Have to say I have received exceptional service from Huzaro. I ordered a gaming chair which would have came after Christmas however they offered me an upgrade at no additional price. The chair 6.0 SKILL RGB LED is such amazing quality and so easy to build with the instructions provided. My nephew is over the moon with it. Happy Christmas to the Huzaro team and thank you for the amazing communication and service you have provided.

poor customer services no replys to my emails and no attempt to answer phone calls was promised my chair the first week of december well its now 7th and still nothing.. would give 0 stars if possible
